ON KINDS OF CONTROL EXERCISED AT THE BORDER-CROSSING CHECKPOINTS OF PASSING ACROSS THE STATE BORDER

In accordance with Article 11 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On the State Border of the Russian Federation” the Government of the Russian Federation" decrees:

to establish that passing of passing of persons and transport means and carrying of cargos, goods and animals across the State Border of the Russian Federation includes, except for the border control and customs  control, exercising of sanitary and quarantine control, veterinary control, quarantine phytosanitary control, transport control and the control for fulfillment by the owners of the transport means of the obligation on insurance of their civil responsibility established by the Federal law.
